Safety Statement
For the safety of everyone onboard, the pilot has the right to refuse a flight to anyone that they feel will not take direction in the event of an emergency due to behavior, attitude, impairment, or general demeanor.
COVID Safety Policy? We serve very small groups of people at a time. We have a maximum capacity of 3 passengers per flight. We do have a minimum of 2 passengers required to launch a flight. Typically, we allow single riders to hop on a flight with 2 other passengers if such a flight is available. This does mean that occasionally, we will conduct flights with individuals who do not know each other. Until this health crisis has passed, we will no longer allow this unless we have the express consent of each individual on the flight. The pilot fully sanitizes the inside of the helicopter between each and every flight. This includes the headsets, the seats, and all handles and bars that may be touched during flights. If the pilot is feeling ill for any reason, we will immediately shut down operations until they have received a negative test result and are no longer symptomatic.

How many people can fly? We have a 2 person minimum for launching a flight. There is no maximum number of people, however, we can only accommodate up to 3 passengers on each flight. We are happy to take groups of more than three, but we will have to break up the group into separate flights. For groups of nine or larger, discounts are available.
I'm by myself. Can I still take a tour? We usually require at least 2 passengers to launch a flight. We are able to take up single riders with an additional fee. What this fee is depends on which flight you would like to take, but for most flights is approximately the cost of 2/3 of one ticket.
Do we need a reservation? For our daytime tours, reservations are not required, but they are highly recommended. Reservations do have priority. Walk-ins are welcome during our normal hours of operation, but we cannot guarantee a flight will be immediately available. For evening tours, such as the Sunset or Nights of Lights, reservations are required at least one day in advance.
What is the cancellation policy? We require notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight. After that, there is a $50 non-refundable fee applied to the card on file.
Will bad weather affect my flight? Bad weather may affect your flight. We keep an eye on the weather and we will give you a call with as much notice as possible if it looks like we need to reschedule your flight. Sometimes this is not as much notice as we would like, but we will let you know as soon as we can. We are unable to fly if the clouds are too low, if the rain is anything more than a light drizzle, or if there is lightening in the area. Wind is usually not a factor for the safety of the flight. This is up to the personal limitations of each individual pilot. It is very rare for the wind to be strong enough for us to cancel a flight with safety concerns. However, we understand that many people may be nervous and may not want to fly if we encounter any turbulence. If anyone in your party is uncomfortable with it, please let us know and we will advise you on what wind levels you may want to avoid. We will make the call to cancel or reschedule the flight based on safety and legality. If you would like to move the flight to a less windy or cloudy day, please let us know at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight time. We are happy to reschedule the flight to ensure you enjoy your experience.
